Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 business days, except for pre-sale items. Orders are shipped from our Los Central USA Warehouse. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping: Some orders are eligible for free standard shipping, which typically delivers within 5-8 business days.
- Express Shipping: For an additional fee of $200, express shipping is available, delivering within 1-3 business days.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Woodacer ships to addresses within the mainland of U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Woodacer is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: If you receive a damaged order, please contact us for a return or exchange. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We strongly recommend taking pictures or videos of the damaged products.
International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the United States.
